My Eclipse 30 replacement bladder arrived as promised. My other dive buddies told me there is no way this could happen as they have paid over $200 for the same product. The fact I am in Florida and Halcyon is in High Springs I began to believe them. How can a shop in Iowa have better deals than Florida shops? I don't know how you do it but you do! My Halcyon buisness will now go to the land of cornfields. Thank you for the replacement. I was going to do a Aquaseal repair but for the confidence of a new new new one over a repaired one for only $88.00 is a no brainer. - Eric (Florida, USA)

I have to tell you that your company is the most "customer-oriented" that I have ever dealt with. It's not every day that someone buys a wetsuit but your fast and efficient service is a rarity.
