Terms, Returns & Warranties
These are the terms and conditions to which we work and extend to you as our customer! Our goal is to provide you with high quality merchandise at the lowest prices we can. This is why we have the terms that we do. We really are "real people that really care" and promise to do everything we can to make your purchase with us to be a great experience. (We really want you back!) This means if there is an "issue" we will contact you. We promise to be honorable, friendly and helpful.
With all fairness to us, we hope you will be reasonable too and understand that you are important to us and we will do the best we can. We put all of our customer policies in order for you to review and we "do" stick to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions, we are always at your service.
PRICE GUARANTEE PROGRAM - We keep our prices pretty low, in fact, we are usually the lowest on the planet for the items we sell, but once in a while you could come across another authorized dealer either on-line or a store, that offers a lower price on the same product and brand that we are selling. We guarantee our low prices by offering a price match program. If you find another authorized dealer of the exact same brand and product and size that we are selling with on-line or a store, we will try our best to match the price (this does not guarantee that we can!) To take advantage of our Price-Match Program, simply make note of it in the order instructions when you check out and e-mail a copy of the ad page or URL from the authorized dealer we are matching or fax a copy of the ad to 319-365-6616 Be sure to put your name on it. We'll e-mail you right back if the price we are matching qualifies. Some things to remember, it "has" to be an authorized dealer of the item(s),it must be the identical product, brand and size. It may not be clearance inventory and it has to be a United States company in the United States.
RETURN POLICY OR EXCHANGE POLICY - is simple - you may return goods within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the price of the goods, less shipping and up to 30 days for an exchange. All returns, (that are not the result of an error on our part) may be subject to a 10% or $5.00 minimum return handling fee based on our discretion. Returns must be in resalable "mint" condition and in the original, undamaged packaging. NOTE: If you return your purchase all crunched up...full of cat hair..etc, we are going to send it back to you! We are unable to take back items that have been wet or that are custom purchases (ie: custom wetsuits, drysuits, hoses, etc or on products that are noted "no return!" . Please note that we will not refund postage costs (either way) where goods have been correctly supplied against the order. You need an Return Authorization though. (We really need to know it is coming back) So call us or write us, it's free! info@seatasea.com or 319-365-6066. If delivered goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied please contact us within 7 working days to arrange for their return. We will cover the cost of return postage. We will also make an allowance for the original cost of shipping the item to you if it formed a significant part of a larger order. No returns can be accepted without you contacting us first and getting an Return Authorization. All it takes is a phone call or e-mail and both are free! Refunds are ONLY refundable to the initiated card holder.
We do not pay for return shipping! And if we ship an exchange our actual shipping costs will apply.
Returns should be shipped to: Attn: RETURNS: Seatasea Watersports Center, 6545 4th St. SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404. Your return and credit card credit is normally processed within 24 hours. However, this may not refect on your statement right away. Please check with your bank concerning their posting timetable.
WARRANTY - WreckDiverSupply.com - Seatasea Watersports Center, is an authorized dealer of all of the products we sell. We are also been given approval to sell via mail-order by the manufacturers. This means you have a full manufacture warranty and you are buying first line goods. We are also your source for service or warranty work on the goods you have purchased from us. Please contact us if you have a problem and need warranty service.
IMPORTANT - Repair or Replacement of items is based on the manufacturers warranty policies so we cannot guarantee an immediate replacement. Warranty coverages "do not" cover damage by chlorine.
SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Our terms for shipping are FOB Origin (Cedar Rapids, IA) We are not responsible or liable for the delivery of your purchase once it is turned over to the shipping carrier. (USPS, UPS, etc) Your purchase will be insured and if lost in the mail reimbursement or replacement of the shipment is done through the insurance company that we have insured the purchase through. Insurance claims may not be submitted to the insurance company for 45 days from the date of shipment and your cooperation in providing documentation of the loss is required for reinbursement or replacement.
ACCEPTANCE - By placing an order with us you accept these Terms And Conditions. If purchasing specialized Scuba Diving equipment, such as Scuba Diving Dry Suits, Regulators , BCD's or other life support systems you are acknowledging that you are a certified diver or that you are currently receiving proper instruction, for certification from a qualified diving instructor, from a recognized training agency in Scuba Diving and the use of the items you have purchased. If purchasing a Diving Dry Suit you acknowledge that you are certified in the use of a Dry Suit or you are currently receiving instruction, from a qualified instructor, for certification in Dry Suit Diving. We cannot stress too highly the importance of this. You undertake that you will not hold Seatasea, LLC or it's owners or employees liable for loss or injury how-so-ever caused.
