These are the terms and conditions to which we work and extend to you as our customer! We really are "real people that really care" and promise to do everything we can to make your purchase with us to be a great experience. (We really want you back!) This means if there is an "issue" we will contact you. We promise to be honorable, friendly and helpful.
With all fairness to us, we hope you will be reasonable too and understand that you are important to us and we will do the best we can. SHIPPING...6 Bucks shipping on all shipments in the Continental US! (Nothing too fancy here. We just charge you 6 bucks every time we ship something standard shipping in the continental USA) This does not include any packages over 14lbs in weight such as tanks or weights. We will contact you with these shipping fees.
FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON HALCYON MC SYSTEMS AND CANNISTER LIGHTS! That's right. We offer free shipping (USPS Priority Airmail Only) to most countries on all Halcyon MC Systems (not including 5lb STA weight) and Canister Lights. These countries include most all European Countries, Great Britain, Australia, Israel, Japan and US territories, APO and AE. Many more countries are included, please contact us if you want to know if your country applies. Free shipping only includes the weight and size of the MC System and does not include any other accessories or the 5lb STA weight. We use a fixed base cost for the shipping, so if you order more then the MC System or Cannister Light we just figure the total cost of the shipment, subtract our base and you pay the difference. So it is still a great bargain! Our free shipping INCLUDES the cost of the insurance for the MC System or the Light. Any additional shipping charges for add-ons will be emailed to you. Shipping charges have nothing to do with your countries customs duties or VAT... Please read our information on shipping internationally below.
It is our goal to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt of the order and we normally do. We have to receive an order by 12noon CST USA to ship the same day. Normal UPS Shipping times are about 5 working days ground service to our farthest UPS point. Since there is no consistancy in our type of business, we can't guarantee a 24 hour ship so the "worst case" senario is 5 days. Please let us know if you require the item by a specific time and we will do everything we possibly can to meet that shipment need.
If we can't ship the same day...we will contact you by email and also by phone. We do not process payment for your goods until they are shipped. We do not charge your card until the product ships.
Ground Shipping 6 bucks shipping rates do not include Hawaii, Alaska, PR, St. John or any other US Territories or any other countries. (just the 48 US states that are all connected to each other!)
Expedited Air Shipping (3 Day, 2 Day, Next Day) ...We also offer shipping via UPS three day select, 2nd Day Air Saver and Next Day Air Saver. Shipments costs via 3 day, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air may be need to be adjusted based on the items shipping size such as Dry Suits, weights and Tanks, Backplates and harnesses systems, etc. If a web quoted shipping cost must be adjusted, we will contact you for your permission before we process your order. However this does not guarantee that it will ship the same day. Only that we will ship the item that method. Note: UPS does not count the day of shipment and weekends or holidays in 3, 2 or next day shipping. For example, if you place an order for second day shipping on a Monday it will arrive to you on a Wednesday. Likewise, if you place the same order on a Friday it will arrive to you on a Tuesday. Again....if you need something by a specific day, let us know and we will give you the best advice we can to get it to you by then.
We can not, and will not under any circumstances - be held responsible for losses incurred due to delays in shipping. We have no control over the shipping. And these are not schlepp companies! All deliveries are sent by either UPS or US Postal Service! We do not use Fed Ex or DHL. We will also not ship on your shipping account.
International Shipments - (We are happy to ship internationally!) It is very important you understand how international shipping works prior to you ordering something from another country and the tax's or VAT that your country may charge on shipments to you. (we do not know what that is, we only know what our country charges!) OurShipping charges for international shipments are billed at actual shipping costs plus insurance and a $2.00US handling fee. Once an international shipment is received by us, we will contact you with the cost of your shipping choice of shipping. We normally ship US Postal Service Airmail. We may also contact you requesting the Bank name and customer service phone number of your credit card issuing bank. (this is for "your" protection) Please be aware that estimated shipping times via US Postal Service does not include any delay in customs, or a delay within your countries postal system. We also do not have any way to track the package once mailed US Postal Service. All they can tell us is that it made it to your country or not. If you wish tracking, then you will have to have us ship the package UPS. Once we have mailed the package we cannot and will not under any circumstances be responsible for it's delivery within a estimated time period. This is because it could be held up in customs or within your countries courier service. You are also responsible for any customs duties required for your country. We will not under any circumstances ship to the following countries unless the payment is in the form of a Bank Wire Transfer - Nigeria, Indonesia, Morocco, Malaysia (We're sorry if you are a legitimate buyer from those countries!)
International Shipping Costs - We ship using USPS Airmail unless you specify UPS. (we do not ship, nor will we ship, FedEx or DHL) UPS Internationals charges are at least double or triple the cost of USPS Airmail. (Yes..we are serious) Feel free to email us for shipping rates to your country, or you can also roughly figure them out yourself by estimating the shipping weight of the package and going to to www.usps.com , go to international shipping, put in your country, the weight of the package and this will give you the cost of the shipment without our $2 International shipping fee and the insurance. All packages will ship insured. Insurance is $1.60US per $100. Without insurance if your package is lost in transit, than it's lost and there is no recourse with USPS.
Estimated shipping? Here is a rough idea about what certain weights cost to ship internationally. We based this on shipping to the UK which seems to be about the high end of shipping costs for some reason. Please remember that actual shipping costs are based on your country. It may be a bit more or it may be less.

The "SEATASEA PRICE-MATCH" GUARANTEE PROGRAM...We keep our prices pretty low, but once in a while you could come across another authorized dealer either on-line or a store, that offers a lower price on the same product and brand that we are selling. We guarantee our low prices by offering a price match program. If you find another authorized dealer of the exact same brand and product that we are selling with on-line or a store, we will try our best to match it. AND you only pay 6 bucks shipping! (Pretty good deal!)...(US Only) To take advantage of our Price-Match Program, simply make note of it in the order instructions when you check out with the ad page or URL from the authorized dealer we are matching or fax a copy of the ad to 319-365-6616 Be sure to put your name on it. We'll e-mail you right back if the price we are matching qualifies. Some things to remember, it has to be an authorized dealer of the item (s), it must be the identical product and brand, it can't be clearance inventory and it has to be a United States company in the United States.
We do not process payment for your goods until they are shipped.
Our Return Policy is simple - you may return goods within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the price of the goods, less shipping and up to 30 days for an exchange. All returns, (that are not the result of an error on our part) may be subject to a 10% or $5.00 minimum return handling fee based on our discretion. Returns must be in resalable "mint" condition and in the original, undamaged packaging. We are unable to take back items that have been wet or that are custom purchases (ie: custom wetsuits, drysuits) . Please note that we will not refund postage costs (either way) where goods have been correctly supplied against the order. You need an Return Authorization though. If delivered goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied please contact us within 7 working days to arrange for their return. We will cover the cost of return postage. We will also make an allowance for the original cost of shipping the item to you if it formed a significant part of a larger order. No returns can be accepted without you contacting us first and getting an Return Authorization. All it takes is a phone call or e-mail and both are free!

Seatasea Watersports, is an authorized dealer of all of the products we sell. (This means you won't be left in the lurch if your product has a warranty!) We are also been given approval to sell via mail-order by the manufacturers. This means you have a full manufacture warranty and you are buying first line goods. We do not deal in "Grey Market" goods. (Grey Market is BAD...Authorized is GOOD!) we are also your source for service or warranty work on the goods you have purchased from us..plus lots of other stuff. Please contact us if you have a problem and need warranty service. Repair or Replacement of items is based on the manufacturers warranty policies so we cannot guarantee an immediate replacement.
By accepting these Terms And Conditions, and if purchasing Life Support Equipment, to include, but not limited to: Regulators, Octopuses, Buoyancy Compensators, Air Tanks, and Dry Suits you are acknowledging that you are a certified diver or that you are currently receiving proper instruction, for certification from a qualified diving instructor, from a recognized training agency in Scuba Diving and the use of the items you have purchased. If purchasing a Diving Dry Suit you acknowledge that you are certified in the use of a Dry Suit or you are currently receiving instruction, from a qualified instructor, for certification in Dry Suit Diving. We cannot stress too highly the importance of this. You undertake that you will not hold Seatasea, LLC or it's owners or employees liable for loss or injury how-so-ever caused.
